Terms for using The Maps Machine website and services

1. Agreement and eligibility

The Maps Machine is operated by Velo Labs Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. These terms apply when you visit mapmachines.com, try.mapmachines.com, start.mapmachines.com or getmapmachines.com, register for a workshop, purchase an offer, or use materials supplied by The Maps Machine. By doing so, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Workshops, products, and third-party services

We provide training, software templates, setup materials, and related digital services as described on the relevant page. Features and delivery methods may change as we improve the service. Some functionality requires a separate account or paid plan with a third-party software, payment, or scheduling provider. Those services have their own terms, availability, pricing, and policies, and we do not control them.

3. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. By submitting payment, you authorise the disclosed charge. If an offer includes recurring billing, the renewal amount and frequency will be disclosed before checkout. For purchases through /alv, the $5 access charge and optional extras each have a 24-hour satisfaction refund period starting with the relevant payment. No sales or customer target is required. See the refund and cancellation policy. Third-party software plans and usage costs are billed separately by their providers and must be cancelled with those providers. 4. Calls and text messages

Program name: Maps Machine Training Access & Setup Help. If you provide a mobile number and expressly agree to receive communications, The Maps Machine may send recurring automated text messages and make calls, including calls using an AI-generated voice, about your requested checkout, training access and setup help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@mapmachines.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing generated websites, outreach, claims, pricing, and communications before using them. You must follow applicable privacy, advertising, telemarketing, email, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and other laws. You may not use the service to mislead, impersonate, harass, send unlawful messages, interfere with systems, or infringe anyone’s rights.

6. Earnings disclaimer

Income examples, case studies, and personal results are examples only—not promises or guarantees. Results vary based on effort, experience, execution, market conditions, offer quality, compliance, and other factors. Starting or operating a business involves risk and work. You are responsible for your own business decisions, expenses, taxes, and results.

7. Intellectual property

The Maps Machine website, branding, training, copy, templates, and supplied materials are owned by us or used with permission. Your purchase or registration gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for their intended purpose. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, copy, or distribute them except where we expressly allow it in writing.

8. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We aim to keep the website and services reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the continued availability of third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided as available, without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss caused by your use of third-party services or failure to comply with applicable law.
